At Vintage Fire Engine Funerals, we strive to provide the most professional and compassionate service for your loved one. The owner of the business is an independent family funeral director himself as well as a serving Retained Firefighter with Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service and has been for 34 Years and most of our staff are also serving Firefighters.

 

Our fleet of classic vintage fire engines, include a Dennis F2 open top fire engine to accompany your loved one on their final journey and a Dodge G16 Turntable Ladder (TL) (Ex-London) fire engine, which is specially designed to carry your loved one safely to their final resting place. 

 

We are able to provide a full funeral service which includes; Arranging & Conducting the funeral, Advising and taking instructions in respect of the funeral,  Liaising with third parties on your behalf, Providing a funeral director and staff to carryout all arrangements in accordance with your instructions and provision of ongoing assistance. We are also more than happy to work closely with your local family funeral director providing our unique vehicles for hire to ensure that you and your family receive a personal and professional service.

 

Our staff will be in full undressed uniform and your loved ones coffin will be carried safely on a platform on the rear of our fire engine. Family members are always welcome to travel with us and their loved one on their final journey.
